The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 13.10.2015 to grant No Objection Certificate for construction of College building on behalf of Vakil Na.Gunasekaran Educational Trust, Sakramallur, in Arcot Taluk in respect of Survey No.1500/2A2, 6A, 6B, 1501/3,4,5, 6A, 6B, 1502/1c,2, 1507/4B.

According to the petitioner, he is a Managing Trustee of Vakil Na.Gunasekaran Educational Trust, Walajapet. On behalf of the Trust, he has planned to construct an Arts & Science College within the jurisdiction of Sakramallur Panchayat, Arcot https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk and gave an application dated 13.10.2015 to the Tahsildar, Arcot along with the relevant documents requesting to issue 'No Objection Certificate' for construction of College Building. Since the Tahsildar did not consider the said representation, the petitioner sent a representation to the District Collector, Vellore requesting him to direct the Tahsildar to issue No Objection Certificate. Since no reply is forthcoming, the petitioner is before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
