The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a speedy disposal of HMOP.No.618/2023 pending on the file of the Family Court at Puducherry. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. From a perusal of the A Diary extract it is seen that the counter in the above matter has been filed as early as on 21.01.2025 and the matter is ready for trial. HMOP.No.618 of 2023 has been filed in the year 2023 and the petitioner has also filed IA.No.405/2024 for visitation rights to visit his children and the same has been partly allowed. Further, from a perusal of the records and documents it appears that the petitioner is a Kidney Transplant Survivor.

4. Considering the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed and a direction is issued to the Family Court, Puducherry to dispose of HMOP.No.618 of 2023 within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
