This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 22.02.2019 passed in E.P.No.124 of 2016 in M & SEFC/CBER/12/2013 on the file of Principal District Judge at Tiruppur.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the mater has been settled out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement so made, this Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
