Learned counsel for the applicant has addressed a letter dated 09.12.2021 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw these applications.

However, he seeks liberty to file execution petition for executing the Arbitral Award passed in favour of the applicant.

2. The letter dated 09.12.2021 addressed by the applicant's counsel to the Registry is recorded.

3. Accordingly, these applications are dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to execute the Arbitral Award, if any passed in favour of the applicant, by filing execution petition in accordance with law.
