ORDER

The petitioners seeks Succession Certificate in respect of the debts held by V.Susila, who died intestate on 15.05.2021. The petitioners are the legal heirs of the pre-deceased son Palani, who are also the grandchildren and daughter in law of the deceased V.Susila. 2.The 3rd petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificates of the deceased V.Susila and A.Palani, as Exs.P2 and P3. 1/4

The legal heirship certificate of the deceased A.Palani, which has been produced as Ex.P4. A perusal of Ex.P4 shows that the petitioners and the deceased V.Susila are the only Class-I legal heirs of the deceased A.Palani. A paper publication has been made and and any objections have not been received.

3.In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners, in respect of the debts mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Speaking: Yes/ No Petitioner's witness:
