ORDER

The 1stpetitioner who was surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi, on 04.02.2020 and the 2ndpetitioner was arrested and remanded on 16.02.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b) and 302 IPC in Crime No.41 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are brutally attacked the defacto complainant's husband and in which the deceased sustained grievous injuries. Thereafter, the deceased was taken to the hospital, but while on the way to hospital, he died. Hence, this complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are not involved in the above alleged offence and they are no way connected with the offence as alleged by the prosecution and he did not commit any offence. Even the petitioners' names are not mentioned in the FIR and seek bail for the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner are detained under Act 14 of 1982.

5.
