C.R.P.(PD).No.1389 of 2022 C.R.P.(PD).No.1389 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA, J., The Civil Revision Petition was allowed by this Court on 27.04.2022 stating as follows:

"8.This Court therefore, allows this Revision, sets aside the order passed by the trial Court in I.A.No.6 of 2022 in O.S.No.187 of 2013 on the revision petitioner/plaintiff paying a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as cost, to the respondents/defendants. Since it has inconvenienced the defendants and upset their strategy in defending the suit. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 9.The cost is directed to be paid on or before 06.06.2022. 10.Post the matter for reporting compliance on 07.06.2022." 2.Today, the Civil Revision Petition is listed under the caption for 'reporting compliance'.

3.The memo dated 07.06.2022 is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that the order dated 27.04.2022 is complied. Paragraph No.2 of the memo reads as follows:

"The petitioner submits that the above case came up for hearing on 27.04.2022 before this Hon'ble High Court and after hearing both the petitioner and the Caveator this Hon'ble Court was pleased to allow https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis the Civil Revision Petition. Further ordered the petitioner to pay a sum

C.R.P.(PD).No.1389 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA, J., of Rs.15,000/- to the respondents/defendants. Pursuant to the above order the petitioner has transferred a sum of Rs.15,000/- on 06.06.2022 through online transfer contaning Transaction ID T2206062123573010501691 to M.John Louise, Advocate and Enrolment No.MS.No.1806/2003, Cell Phone No.9566589007 who represents the defendants in O.S.No473 of 2003 on the file of the Sub Judge, Namakkal and the receipt has been enclosed herein with this memo."
