O R D E R

This petition is filed to alter the First Information Report in Crime No.154 of 2021 of Thiruvenkadu Police Station, Nagapattinam District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case is at the investigation stage and based on the materials, the petitioner to approach the investigation officer, submit the materials and it is for the Investigation Officer to alter the First Information Report, considering the materials on record.

3. In view of the submissions, the petitioner shall approach the concerned Investigation Officer, submit the materials and the Investigation Officer is directed to decide whether or not to alter the First Information Report, considering the materials on record and in accordance with law.
