SUNDAR, J.] After some arguments, Mr.T.Karunakaran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned main 'Writ Petition' ['WP' for the sake of brevity] and the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] thereat but made a request to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to pursue the suit in O.S.No.23 of 2024 on the file of District Munsif Court, Madurantakam, a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal assailing order dated 21.10.2024 in I.A.No.4 of 2024 in O.S.No.23 of 2024 as well as a review filed qua order dated 18.04.2024 in W.P. No. 10624 of 2024. This request is acceded to.
