O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and to that effect he has also made an endorsement in the memorandum of grounds in the Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed an application under Order I Rule 10 of CPC to get himself impleaded in the suit in O.S.No.300 of 2013 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchengode. According to the petitioner, the said application has been numbered as I.A.No.161 of 2015. The learned counsel submitted that the trial court may be directed to dispose of the said application within a stipulated time.

2. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, I direct the Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchengode to dispose of the application in I.A.No.161 of 2015 in O.S.No.300 of 2013, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the above Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
