PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the 3rd Respondent to register a FIR based on a written complaint dated 05.07.2015 preferred by the petitioner before the 3rd Respondent and investigate the same within a time frame under the direct supervision of the 2nd respondent and file final report. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent to register a FIR based on a written complaint dated 05.07.2015 preferred by the petitioner before the 3rd Respondent and investigate the same within a time frame under the direct supervision of the 2nd respondent and file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.895 of 2015 before the third respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
