This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the the order dated 16.02.2016 passed in E.A.No.471 of 2011 in E.P.No.186 of 2008 in O.S.No.337 of 1977 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Chidambaram.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted a letter dated 15.02.2022, along with a letter sent by his client dated 12.02.2022 stating not to prosecute the case further and sought permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. 3.The letter dated 15.02.2022 submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner has been taken on record.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected CM.P.No.11973 of 2016 is also dismissed.
