ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenue, namely G.Saranya, daughter of K.Ganesh Rao, aged 18 years presently under the illegal detention of respondents 3 to 5 before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been handed over to the petitioner, who is the mother.

3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
