(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the above intra-court Appeal. 1/3

Even though the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition are not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the appellant to prosecute the appeal, we are inclined to condone the delay on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/-.

Accordingly, the petitioner/ appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent within a period of 10 days from today and file a proof for the same before the Registry. On filing of such proof, the delay is condoned. List the matter on 02.06.2026 " for compliance".
