ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday of every calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.18398 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21507 of 2024 by an order dated 02.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21507 of 2024 by the order dated 04.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18398 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21507 of 2025 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed.
