ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are arrears of rent and that the electricity bill has to be cleared and the white meter card has to be handed over.

2. Mr.R.Dhalavoisamy, Inspector of Police, R2

Kodambakkam Police Station is present in court and he assures that both the arrears will be cleared and the electricity meter card will be handed over after paying the dues. The status report has also been filed.

3. The above submission is recorded. The status report is placed on record. The above contempt petition is closed. It is made clear that in the event of leaving any balance, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the above contempt petition.
