ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the online application for Sub Division and transfer of Patta in CAN No.133010426772287 and Application No.2024/0105/01/557975 dated 15.02.2024 for the petitioner property situated in Thiruvallur District, Ponneri Taluk, Padiyanallur Village, in Survey No.155/2B1 in Plot No.286 to the extent of 982 Sq.Feet (91.28 sq.meters) within stipulated period.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite online application submitted by the petitioner on 15.02.2024, his property has not been subdivided and patta has not given. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2/4

respondents would submit that the land will be subdivided and patta will be issued as per Rules within the period stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the limited relief sought in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to sub divide the property and transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner as per Rules within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
