The present application has been filed to accept the third party affidavit filed by R.Manoharan, identifying the 3rd attesting witness signature found in the registered will dated 19.02.1973, registered as Doc.No.5 of 1973 dated 08.03.1973 in Book 3 in the office of Sub Registrar, Triplicane as that of P.K.Balasubramani Mudaliar.

2. Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.1468 of 2025 in O.PNo.848 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.
