ORDER
The petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to restrain
from effecting any promotion to the post of Deputy Commissioner in the Respondent Department till the pronouncement of the orders in W.P.No.14887 of 2019 etc batch.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General conceded that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has categorically stated that any promotion that is to be made would be subject to ultimate result to be pronounced in W.P.No.14887 of 2019, etc., and batch. 3.This writ petition is disposed of on the basis of the above said observations and undertaking by the learned Additional Advocate General. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stand closed.
