Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned orders of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.697, Home (Transport-5) Department, dated 05.08.2010 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in R.No.22370/H1/2008 dated 17.06.2015 and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner's driving school is concerned.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned orders of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.697, Home (Transport5) Department, dated 05.08.2010 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in R.No.22370/H1/2008 dated 17.06.2015 and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner's driving school is concerned.

Mr.R.Srinivasalu, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.19362 of 2010 etc., this Court, granted permission to the petitioners therein to submit their representations before the respondents for consideration and pass necessary orders, within a period of four weeks and till the disposal of the representations, directed the respondents to maintain status quo. Following the said order, this Court also disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.27527/2015 dated 30.11.2015. 3.

Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.19362/2010 etc.

Following the orders passed in the said writ petitions, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to file their representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the same shall be considered and necessary orders be passed by the respondents, within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till such time, there shall be an order of status quo to be maintained. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
