This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.234 of 2025 Crl.O.P.No.31026 of 2024, dated 29.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.234 of 2025 Crl.O.P.No.31026 of 2024, dated 29.01.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice a month i.e., first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
