ORDER

The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.666 of 2022 and the revision petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of O.S.No.666 of 2022, pending before III Additional Sub Court, Polur.

2. The revision petitioner/plaintiff has sought for the relief of declaration, declaring the plaintiff as a hereditary trustee for the Temple Arulmighu Muthalammal @ Muthumariammal Temple, Payampettai, Chetpet Town, Tiruvannamalai District.

3. I find from E-court Website that issues have been framed even in the year 2022 and subsequently, the suit has been posted for trial right from 2023 and the suit is being adjourned for the very same purpose.

4. In view of the above, the III Additional Sub Judge, Polur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.666 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
