O R D E R
This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter Kanimozhi, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. At the time of hearing, the detenu was produced by the second respondent and on enquiry, she had stated that she left the home on her own and married the 3rd respondent herein. She had further stated that the marriage was solemnised on 02.01.2015 at Bharathiyar Kalapu Thirumana Sangam, Pudupalayam, and the same was registered on 02.01.2015. The original Certificate of Registration of Marriage was also produced by the detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Even according to the petitioner, the detenue is 19 years old. Considering that the detenue is a major, we find it appropriate to permit her to go as per her wish.
5. With the above said observations, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
