ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Cr.No.92 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police in so far as the petitioner/2nd accused.

2. The main ground on which this petition has been filed, the complaint is given by the husband of the petitioner against one Nandhini Devi, who said to have collected huge amount from various persons to get job in foreign countries has not been properly investigaged.

3. According to the petitioner, the complaint is the result of the earlier complaint and further the defacto complainant has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

received a sum of Rs.2 lacs from the husband of the Petitioner and filed a false complaint.

4. After hearing the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor when this court is about to dismiss the petition, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that if both complaints are investigated properly, he has no grievance and he is ready to withdraw the Petition. When the query was put to the learned Public Prosecutor, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the husband of the Petitioner will be investigated property. The Submission is recorded and the respondent police is directed to investigate the complaints lodged on the basis of the directions issued by the Judicial Magistrate and take action as per law. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition.

5. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
