The claimant before the arbitral tribunal has applied for an extension of the mandate of the tribunal. Upon receipt of notice, Mr.S.Janarthanam, learned counsel, appears for the respondents.

2. Both learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents submit that pleadings are complete and that parties do not intend to adduce oral evidence.

3.
