ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 4(1) (aaa) of TN Prohibition Act, in Crime No.87 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner is an absconding accused in a case where the respondent Police have seized 140 litres of I.D. arrack.

4. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner and the quantity of the illicit arrack involved in this case, the petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
