PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Paramathi to expediate and dispose the petition with respect of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.7 of 2016 and dispose of the suit within the time frame. The suit in O.S. No. 7 of 2016 which the revision petitioner has laid for bare injunction came to the dismissed, for restoring which he has taken I.A.1 of 2019 and that is said to be pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Paramathi.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 3.The District Munsif Court, Paramathi is now directed to dispose I.A.No.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.7 of 2016 within a period of one (1) month from the date of communication of this order, at any rate not later than June 2022.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admision stage itself. No costs.
