This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 96 days in filing revision petition against the order of Criminal Appeal No.113 of 2023 dated 27.08.2024 by the District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur, in the judgment of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupattur passed in S.T.C.No.1169 of 2021 dated 05.07.2023.
