CRL.MP.NO.4369 OF 2023 IN CRL.A.NO.514 OF 2022 V.SIVAGNANAM. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6668 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.514 of 2022 dated 28.07.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am, from 04.08.2022 onwards.

3.Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6668 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.514 of 2022 dated 28.07.2022 is relaxed and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
