This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Town Police Station, Erode, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4359 of 2023 dated 24.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
