For Petitioner : Mr.D.R.Arunkumar (in both CRPs) COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself is disposed of and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above revision petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the petitioner, both these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.
