to 3 to restore the land and re-assign the land to the legal heirs of the original assignee.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records on the file of the third respondent in G3/13969/2013 dated 15.09.2015 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the land and re-assign the land to the legal heirs of the original assignee.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made the following endorsement in the bundle:

'This petition may be closed with liberty to challenge the lower Court decree.'

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty 2/4
