ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in 6(b) the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31485 of 2024 vide order dated 17.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31485 of 2024 dated 17.02.2024 is relaxed.
