This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Inspector of Police, Vettavalam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of eight weeks in Crl.O.P.No.3181 of 2023 dated 24.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m, until further orders.
