ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.02.2021.

The petitioner is being the mother submitted representation in order to take appropriate action as against respondents 4 & 5 herein under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. On receipt of the same, the first respondent forwarded the representation to the jurisdiction Revenue Divisional officer. 3.

The learned counsel for respondents 4 & 5 submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chengalpet issued notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 4 & 5 and conducted enquiry and yet to pass final order.

In view of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram is directed to pass orders after completion of enquiry by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents 4 & 5 herein within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already passed final order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
