The petitioner who is the wife of the respondent has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the Original Petition in O.P.No.3057 of 2014, within a time frame.
2. The petitioner has filed the Original Petition in O.P.No.3057 of 2014 for nullity of marriage owing to the impotence of the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the original petition is pending for a long time, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the I Additional Family Court,Chennai, to dispose of the original petition in O.P.No.3057of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
