This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order of dismissal of Crl.R.C.No.30 of 2009 for non prosecution dated 12.11.2018 and to restore the said main petition on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1, 3 to 5 would submit that he has no objection for the petition being restored.

3. For the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed as prayed for. The Registry is directed to post the main revision case on 03.07.2019.
