This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 4) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.16556 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.23585 of 2024 vide order dated 27.11.2024
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No. 4. that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.16556 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.23585 of 2024 vide order dated 27.11.2024, is relaxed.
