This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30a.m., until filing of final report in Crl.O.P.No.32648 of 2022 dated 05.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Additional Mahila Court on 24.04.2023 at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
