Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities 1 to 4 to include Mundiyambakkam Village (Government Villupuram Medical College Hospital) situated within jurisdiction of Thumbur Additional Primary Health Centre, Radhapuram Block Primary Health Centre, Vikravandi Taluk in the list of rural areas covered by Clause 9(4) of G.O.Ms.No.86 dated 06.03.2019 and consequently grant incentive marks to the petitioner and accordingly publish the rank list for admission into Post Graduate Medical Course 2019-2020.

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents to include Mundiyambakkam Village (Government Villupuram Medical College Hospital) situated within jurisdiction of Thumbur Additional Primary Health Centre, Radhapuram Block Primary Health Centre, Vikravandi Taluk in the list of rural areas covered by Clause 9(4) of G.O.Ms.No.86 dated 06.03.2019 and consequently grant incentive marks to the petitioner and publish the rank list for admission into Post Graduate Medical Course 2019-2020.

2. Earlier, this Court in W.P.No.8071 of 2019 dated 27.03.2019, had passed a detailed order in similar circumstances and the same was affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1161 of 2019 dated 29.03.2019.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of W.P.No.8071 of 2019. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
