(CRIME NO. 574 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders made in Crl.O.P No.23041/2021 dated 02.12.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S .B.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.23041 of 2021 dated 02.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
