This Review Application has been filed to review the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13134 of 2017 dated 24.05.2017. 2.Today, when this review application was taken up, after some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner agreed that the

petitioner will file a reply / representation to the communication dated 19.04.2017 which was impugned in the writ petition in W.P.No.13134 of 2017, within a period of two weeks.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no need to review the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13134 of 2017 dated 24.05.2017. Hence, the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded and the petitioner is permitted to file his reply / representation to the communication dated 19.04.2017, which was impugned in the writ petition in W.P.No.13134 of 2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the same shall be considered by the authorities in line with the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.13134 of 2017 dated 24.05.2017. 4.The Review Application, stands disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
