This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition as imposed in the order dated 13.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3012 of 2023 that the petitioner should appear before the Trial Court daily twice i.e., morning and evening at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in the order dated 13.02.2023 as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and after filing of the charge sheet on the date fixed by the Trial Court.
