ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 06.10.2017 passed in WA.No.265 of 2017, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5928/A1/2009 dated 17.01.2018 issued by the third respondent, under which, the claim of the petitioner seeking compassionate appointment was rejected.

3.This Court is of the opinion that since the order of this Court has been complied with, it is unnecessary to pursue this contempt petition.
