2. The petitioner claims that he owns lands in S.No.300 and his family owns property in Survey Nos.295, 301, 302, 304 and 307 in Sankarama Nallore North, Mayilaburam, N.G.Puthoor, Thiruppur District. He submitted an application to measure and demarcate the lands by submitting an application/representation dated 16.04.2015 and since, no orders are forthcoming, has filed this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the 1st respondent to consider the application/representation dated 16.04.2015 submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
