ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the letter dated 31.01.2025, issued by the second respondent thereby informing the petitioner to approach the concerned Court and also for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection for fencing the petitioner's land in survey No.146/2C to an extent of 32 cents, Kuniyamuthur Village, Coimbatore District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4 and after giving them an opportunity of hearing pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
