3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 67 days is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission and print the name of Mr.E.Kannadasan, as the counsel for the 1st respondent at the time of admission.
