When this writ petition was listed on 04.11.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present during the first call as well as in the second call and the matter was directed to be posted on 06.11.2019 under the caption 'for - dismissal'. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner in the first call as well as in the second call.
2.It appears that the petitioner is not interested to press this case. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
