This petition is filed to implead the respondents/proposed respondents 3 to 5 as 3 to 5 respondents in the above Crl.O.P.No.3375 of 2023.

2.In the circumstances stated in the affidavit, having satisfied with the reasons stated for impleading the proposed respondents as 3 to 5 respondents in Crl.O.P.No.3375 of 2023, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to implead proposed respondents in Crl.O.P.No.3375 of 2023.

3.Issue notice to proposed respondents 3 to 5, returnable in three weeks.
