ORDER

The present application has been filed to grant leave to sue the second respondent/ second defendant who is residing outside Chennai and the Schedule B of suit property which is outside Chennai in the above suit before this Court. 2.Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the suit Scheduled - A property is within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, requested this Court to allow the present application.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, and taking into consideration that the suit property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court, the A.No.3635 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the second respondent/ second defendant who is residing outside Chennai and Schedule B of suit scheduled property which is outside Chennai, before this Court.
